Levante to push on + today's football bets

With Jordan Rhodes smashing in yet another goal in the 86th minute last night to give Huddersfield Town a 2-1 lead away to Scunthorpe United it looked like we were on our way to 25 points of profit to turn the month on it's head but lady luck had other ideas. Scunthorpe United equalised straight away and Preston North End let yet another lead go at home to Oldham Athletic to leave us in the doom and gloom once again.

Levante to continue good form?
First up for tonight we take Levante to beat Real Sociedad at home with William Hill offering odds of 3/4. Surprise package Levante have won all three home games so far this season, including a 1-0 win against Real Madrid, and have won their last 6 on the trot. Sociedad on the other hand haven't won in their last 4 games and have lost all 3 away games since beating struggling Sporting Gijon away from home in their first game of the season.

Real Sociedad have scored on average 0.75 goals per game this season and Levante have conceded 0.33 goals on average in their games this season so I predict a Levante win and possibly even to keep a clean sheet as well.

I shall be placing the above in with 4 so-called bankers in the hope of taking some of my money back from The Bookie in time for the weekend's bets. I am going for a 2.5pt FIVEFOLD that pays out 13.48pts on the following selections:

  • Levante to beat Real Sociedad @ 3/4 - Spanish La Liga
  • Real Madrid to beat Villarreal @ 1/7 - Spanish La Liga
  • Manchester City to beat Wolves @ 2/5 - English Carling Cup
  • Galatasaray to beat Gaziantespur @ 4/9 - Turkish Super Liga
  • AC Milan to beat Parma @ 1/3 - Italian Serie A

That is all.
