Football betting tips for Wednesday 23rd January 2013

To be honest with you my advice for tonight would be to steer clear of anything too heavy as there will be a lot of banana skins out there with all of the cup games going on.

I am placing a 1pt FIVEFOLD that pays out 20.34pts on the following selections:

• Arsenal vs West Ham United - Both teams to score = NO @ EVENS - Barclays Premier League
• Chelsea to beat Swansea @ 4/5 - Capital One Cup
• Roma to beat Internazionale @ 17/20 - Coppa Italia
• Sivasspor to beat Trabzon Karadeniz @ 6/10 - Turkish Kupasi
• Fenerbahce to beat Bursaspor @ 10/11 - Turkish Kupasi

As I said, tread carefully today and only place low stakes on the selections above if you fancy them.
