Thanks to the snow causing delays to my journey I shall keep things simple.
Bet for today is a cheeky Carling Cup double for both Arsenal & Manchester United to win their games against Wigan & West Ham respectively whilst also conceding at least 1 goal in the process.
The double pays out at just over 8/1 so I'll put a 1pt lay on that taking my current status for November to -1.34pts including today's bet.
