I'm not too sure how to take yesterday as we took more profit and moved our selection success rate up to 63% for the month but it could've yielded a bumper profit had Blackburn had found a winner against ten men Liverpool or Brighton had not have missed a penalty.


Overall I should be happy but it's just frustrating seeing the bookie get let off like that.


For today my main bet is a 2.5pt FOURFOLD that returns 17.10pts on the following matches to have OVER 2.5 goals:

• Wolverhampton Wanderers vs Arsenal @ 1/2 - Barclays Premier League
• Hannover vs Wolfsburg @ 13/20 - German Bundesliga
• Nurnberg vs Schalke 04 @ 8/11 - German Bundesliga
• Athletico Madrid vs Real Madrid @ 6/10 - Spanish La Liga

My secondary bet is a bit of the longshot so I am placing four 0.5pt TREBLES across all possible combinations on the following selections:

• QPR to beat Swansea @ 23/20 - Barclays Premier League
• Ajax to beat Heerenveen @ 5/6 - Dutch Eredivisie
• RKC Waalwijk to beat PSV Eindhoven @ 4/1 - Dutch Eredivisie
• Levante to beat Sporting Gijon @ 2/1 - Spanish La Liga

If all 4 were to come in our return would be 45.64pts for a total stake of 2pts.

A 0.5pt ACCUMULATOR across all 8 selections today pays out 202.20pts.

That takes my total stake today to 5pts.
