Euro 2012 day 5 betting picks

Ok so I tried to be clever yesterday by going against the bookies and picking a win for France but despite the result I am not too concerned.


Sometimes managers do things that just make no sure and Laurent Blanc's failure to push Benzema forward into a striker's role ultimately cost us a win yesterday as France toiled to a timid display that lacked any real penetration.


England need to not get too carried away with the draw as both Sweden & Ukraine will be more direct than the French were and will pose some more questions for Joe Hart. That said England should still have enough about them to qualify.


Anyway, moving on to today and we have the second round of fixtures in Group A and now that the tournament is starting to take shape we should be able to hopefully take advantage.


Today's bet is a 2.5pt TREBLE that returns 18.13pts on the following selections:

• Greece vs Czech Republic - Both teams to score = YES @ 11/10 - Group A
• Russia to beat Poland @ 13/10 - Group A
• Osters to beat Assyriska FF @ 1/2 - Swedish Superettan
